Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

At LuminaGridWorks, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality web development and infrastructure services. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Service Deposits

All projects require an initial deposit to begin the "soil preparation" phase. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial administrative and planning resources.

2. Project Milestones

Payments are typically structured around project milestones. If a project is cancelled by the client after a milestone has been completed and approved, no refund will be issued for that specific milestone.

3. Completed Work

Once a specific service (e.g., "Frontend Cultivation" or "Cloud Soil Preparation") has been fully delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be granted for that service.

4. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
